As you enter the historic hallway of Grace Church and receive a Sunday bulletin from one of our greeters, you may read the first line of the Grace Church bulletin, printed on the back. It says, “The Head of the Church—Jesus, the Christ. Ministers-The Congregation.”

That simple statement reveals much about what we believe and who we are. We are a people grounded in the Anglican belief that faith is the balance of three things: scripture, tradition, and reason. In addition to the Bible, our text is The Book of Common Prayer, ratified in the United States in 1789, which provides that its doctrine may be changed by common consent and authority "according to the various exigency of times and occasions." Such reverence for the past and vision for the future form the cornerstone of our faith, which is at once comprehensive and individual, ancient and everlasting. It is the solid foundation that upholds our congregation.

We invite all persons who seek to strengthen their faith to join us for Worship, for Holy Eucharist (communion) and for services of Morning Prayer.
