275th Anniversary Lecture Series

Dr. Robert W. Prichard Lecture Series

Dr. Robert W. Prichard, professor emeritus of Christianity in America, Virginia Theological Seminary. Before joining the seminary faculty, Dr. Prichard served as a priest in three Episcopal churches, and initiated the first Spanish peaking congregation in Virginia. He is the author of nine books, including A History of the Episcopal Church (now in its third edition[1999]), and is the current president of the historical society of the Episcopal Church.

Richard Guy Wilson Lecture

Richard Guy Wilson, Commonwealth Professor of Architecture, University of Virginia. Professor Wilson's research and writing have focused on America architecture from the 18th to the 20th centuries. He has authored, co-authored or edited over a dozen books. He has served as an adviser and commentator for a number of television programs on PBS, C-SPAN, History Channel and A&E.
